Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CRX ("we", "us") is operated by CRX Partners, a partnership firm registered in India. We provide subscription software (dashboard, scans, alerts, optional automation). We are not a broker, exchange, or custodian. If you connect a venue, activity stays on that venue.

2. What we collect

• Account email, name, and hashed password
• Encrypted venue API credentials if you choose to connect them (never stored in plain text)
• Dashboard activity, positions, risk settings, and performance shown in the app
• Subscription and billing status via our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers). Checkout charges are software fees only.
• Optional Telegram link for alerts
• Technical logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps) for security and reliability

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to:

• Provide the CRX software, including optional order instructions to your venue
• Show balances, positions, and analytics in the dashboard
• Send transactional email and Telegram alerts you enable
• Process software subscriptions, invoices, and refunds
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access

4. Venue API keys

API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to read account data and, if you enable it, place or cancel orders on your venue. CRX never requests or accepts withdrawal permissions. Your capital stays in your venue wallet.

5. Third parties

We share data only as needed with: payment processors (software billing), email providers (transactional mail), Telegram (if you link alerts), and your chosen venue if you connect keys. We do not sell personal data. Payment processors do not receive your trading capital.

6. Retention & deletion

We keep account and history while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing hello@crx.live. Some records may be retained where required by law, security, or billing disputes.

7. Security

We use encrypted credentials, authenticated sessions, and rate limiting. No system is 100% secure — report issues to hello@crx.live.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact support to exercise these rights.
