1. Service & operator
CRX ("Capital Return X") is operated by CRX Partners, a partnership firm registered in India (contact: hello@crx.live). CRX sells a software subscription (SaaS): a web dashboard, market-data scans, alerts, and optional automation that can send order instructions to third-party venues you already use (for example OKX, Binance, Bybit, or a forex broker) using credentials you provide. CRX Partners is a software vendor — not a broker, dealer, exchange, trading platform, money transmitter, fund, or investment adviser. Execution, if any, occurs on the third-party venue you connect.
2. What you pay for
Fees paid through our checkout (including any payment processor such as Paddle or Stripe) are only for software access — plans, dashboard, and related features. We do not accept deposits of trading capital, do not hold client money, do not settle trades, and do not act as counterparty. Any balances, fills, and liquidation risk remain on your venue account. CRX never requests withdrawal permission.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. If you connect venue API keys, you are responsible for complying with that venue's terms and with local law, including whether leveraged products are allowed where you live.
4. Accounts
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys you connect and risk settings you choose (leverage, margin, max positions).
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew on the cycle you select (for example weekly or monthly) until you cancel. Cancel anytime from billing / account settings; access typically continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Refunds
Refunds apply to software subscription payments only, as described in our Refund Policy. In short: you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of that payment; renewal payments are non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days to your original payment method. Venue trading P&L is never billed or refunded by CRX.
7. Software, venues, and risk
Optional automation may send order instructions to your venue under the rules you set. Leveraged products at those venues involve substantial risk of loss, including loss of margin. Automated rules can lose money quickly. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You use CRX at your own risk. See the Risk Disclosure.
8. API keys & permissions
If you connect keys, you must create trade-only API keys. Never enable withdrawal. CRX rejects withdrawal-capable keys. One venue connection per account. Connecting keys is optional; you can use the dashboard without live automation.
9. Live automation consent
Real-money order instructions to your venue may require an explicit opt-in in Settings. Until you consent and platform flags allow it, the software will not send live orders for your tenant.
10. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the API, or use CRX to violate venue rules or applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
CRX is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRX is not liable for venue losses, slippage, venue outages, incorrect configuration, or indirect damages.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material updates will show a new "Last updated" date.
