Refund Policy

1. 24-hour refund window

If you are not satisfied within 24 hours of your first payment, contact support@crx.io for a full refund.

2. How to request

Email support with the account email used at checkout. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.

3. After 24 hours

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable after the 24-hour window, except where required by law.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
