Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers CRX software subscription payments (plan fees charged at checkout). It does not cover profit or loss on any third-party venue. CRX does not hold trading capital and cannot refund venue P&L.

2. Our promise

Once a refund is approved, CRX processes it within 2 working days back to your original payment method (the same card / wallet used at checkout).

3. Eligibility

If you are not satisfied after your first software payment, contact hello@crx.live within 7 days of that payment for a full refund. This applies to your first payment on any plan (weekly or monthly). Renewal payments are not eligible for refund — cancel before the renewal date instead. We review each request fairly and may ask for your account email and payment reference.

4. How to request a refund

1. Email hello@crx.live from the email on your CRX account.
2. Include: account email, plan (weekly/monthly), payment date, and reason.
3. We confirm approval or explain if the request is outside the policy window.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit on your statement (often 3–10 business days after we process).

6. After the 7-day window

You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Software fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable after the 7-day first-payment window, except where required by law or if we approve an exception.

7. How to cancel

Open the dashboard → billing / plans (or the customer portal when enabled) → cancel subscription. Software access typically continues until the end of the paid period. Disconnect venue keys or pause automation in Settings if you also want to stop sending order instructions immediately.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
